You may browse and share this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not try to disrupt it, copy it wholesale or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Our games

Before our first game launches, we will add the terms that apply to it here: your licence to play, in-app purchases and refunds through the App Store and Google Play, ads and reward videos, and fair play. The terms of Apple and Google also apply to downloads from their stores.

4. Our content and trademarks

The Riddletail name and logo, our games, text and artwork belong to Riddletail Ltd or the people who license them to us. Please do not use them without our permission, except where the law allows.

5. Our responsibility to you

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the EU, you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.
