1. Who we are
Riddletail Ltd (“Riddletail”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17508322, and our registered office is 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom.
For anything about your data, email privacy@riddletail.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers riddletail.com, emails you send to any @riddletail.com address, and the Riddletail games listed in section 5.
3. This website
We do not use cookies, advertising tags or tracking pixels on this website.
Fly.io hosts this website on servers in London, and Cloudflare delivers its pages and protects it from abuse. To do this, they process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Our own server logs keep only the page, whether it loaded and how long it took, not your IP address.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not store anything on your device and does not follow you across other sites.
4. When you email us
We use your email address, your name if you give it, and your message to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you.
We keep these emails for up to two years after the conversation ends, unless we need them for longer for a legal reason.
5. Our games
Each game will have its own entry here that lists the data it uses and the services behind it, such as advertising, purchases, analytics and crash reports.
| Game | Platforms | Services it uses | Status |

7. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK. Fly.io and Cloudflare are US companies certified under the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework, and UK regulations approve transfers to such companies. Where that does not apply, we rely on approved safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum. You can ask us for a copy.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give you a copy in a portable format. Email privacy@riddletail.com and we will reply within one month.
9. Children
Our website and games are made for adults. If you think a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first at privacy@riddletail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and keep you updated until it is resolved.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
11. Changes to this policy
When our practices change, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so here before it takes effect.
